Pay your family dues of $10 at the meeting and receive free home safety equipment. (Offer good only at the meeting.)
CALL FOR NOMINATIONS AND VOLUNTEERS--Elected officers--We have a full slate of nominees for the elected offices, with two nominees for Vice-President, but if anyone wants to throw their hat in the ring for President, Vice-President, Secretary or Treasurer you can nominate yourself or be nominated from the floor at the meeting.

Standing Committees -- We also are seeking volunteers to chair or serve on the Standing Committees.
The Committees are:
Communications--Responsible for the newsletter and all other communications. A volunteer has
offered to chair this committee.
Beautification--Responsible for improving the Eastmoor common areas landscapes. A volunteer has
offered to chair this committee.
Events--Responsible for community social and civic activiies such as the Wine Tasting Party
and the Social on the Circle. We do not have a volunteer to chair this committee.
Neighborhood Standards--Responsible for welcoming new residents, code enforcement, and
improving quality of life. We do not have a volunteer to chair this committee.
Economic Development--Responsible for locating development opportunities, working with the
business community and other nearby neighborhood groups. We do not have a volunteer to chair
this committee.
The person elected President at the General Meeting will appoint the chairs for these committees. If anyone has an interest in chairing or participating in these committees, please contact me at 783-6223 or by e-mail at htalaber@insight.rr.com.
